    Yes- you can start sole proprietorship on EAD and there is no need to inform USCIS. Only complications will be taxes, nothing else.
    Sole Proprietorship should not become your main employer if you are main (primary) applicant of 485 application.

    Well, the first questions are what are your other settings? What mode are you shooting in. What ISO and aperture are you shooting in? Sounds like you may have a shutter speed that is not in line with your ISO and aperture, so you're not "exposing" the sensor.

    And finally, welcome to Dphoto!

    Anyone know why when I can't see my subject at higher shutter speeds?Just a blank screen and viewer.Camera Dimage7hi,Thanks

    I need to apply for AP.
    I am in I-485 pending status. Could some one give clarification for the following questions on I-131 doc.

    Part I. Information about you
    3. Class of admission (is this correct?)
    Ex: H1B/H4

    Part 3. Processing Information
    4. Have you ever been issued a reentry pertmit or Refugee Travel document?
    I am in AOS status(I-485 pending). I got twice Travel Document (AP) approved so for.
    There is no mention of AP in this question. what should I answer for this question.


    I am also applying AP for my family members. Do I need file G-28 for my family members(Is it only for Attorney representation)

    My future employer "A" has filed an appeal I290B for denied I140 ("Inability to pay") which is pending at USCIS, however now my current employer "B" wants to file I140 for me. Both of this are on different labor approvals and different job descriptions. Can my current employer "B" file I140 without my future employer "A" withdrawing the I290B appeal? Will filing of I140 by my current employer "B" affect the denial of any of these applications?

    Hi,
    Currently I am on H1B visa.I will file my 485 as secondary applicant.What are my options in case If I have to leave my job and my 485 is still not approved.

    Do I need to file H4 (Since 485 is still not approved) ?

    You can status will be Adjustment of Status ( AOS ) but cant work . IYou need a APO if you want to travel . If you want to work you need an EAD .

    Check with attorney .This is the essence of mail which i got from my attorney when asked regarding my son status
